Photometer 9800 – YSI

Instruments for measuring physicochemical parameters to determine water quality in lakes, seas, rivers, reservoirs, canals, and similar bodies of water. They are designed to operate either for spot measurements or within continuous monitoring systems. Depending on the specific application, a range of probes is available that allows for the simultaneous measurement of anywhere from two to seventeen (17) parameters—including pH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Conductivity, Temperature, ORP, Salinity, Depth, Turbidity, Rhodamine, Algae, Ammonium, Nitrates, Chlorides, and others.

Mid-range handheld water quality measurement devices capable of directly measuring two to five parameters—such as pH, DO, temperature, conductivity, and ORP. They feature the ability to store data and download it directly to a PC.

The YSI 9800 is a portable, multiparameter photometer for water quality testing in the field and laboratory.

As the latest addition to YSI’s best-in-class platform of portable instrumentation, the YSI 9800 provides direct measurements for over 30 water quality tests in any application. Utilizing accurate and proven photometric test methodologies with an ergonomically improved, modern, sleek user interface, the YSI 9800 makes water quality testing convenient, quick, and easy for all customers.

The YSI 9800 directly replaces the YSI 9300 and YSI 9500 photometers. The YSI 9300 and YSI 9500 have been discontinued.
