Eco 2 – Acqua&Co
ECO2 is designed to save energy. With the ECO2 system, the conditions of the water pumped to aquaculture tanks or ponds are improved, that is, mixed, homogenized and aerated.
If you need to renew water in your tank or aquaculture pond. Do it but mixing, shaking and aerating simultaneously.
ECO2 is a Venturi injector specifically designed for aquaculture. With this simple device it is possible to enrich the water through a pump or by gravity, with air or pure oxygen at a high dissolution transfer rate. It can work with air, pure oxygen or ozone. You can also add and mix liquids, such as chemicals or sanitizers, in the water.
Eco2 is very robust and requires no maintenance. Each injector is capable of operating in a pressure range between 0.8-1.8 atm with a relative water flow rate between 30 and 150l / min.
Installation Examples
Wall Mounted
Recommended installation for above ground metal or fiberglass reinforced plastic tanks.
Standalone Installation
Recommended for bottom installation applications with flexible or rubber tubing at considerable depths.
Standalon or with the tube Installation
Can be installed in any position and / or direction

Other Technical Specifications
Eco2 works hydraulically, the water stream passes through the compression chamber without the need for additional power to the system.
The contact chamber of the Eco2 allows a high dissolution of the injected gas by increasing both the surface and the contact time between air and water.
ECO2 has been designed to optimize water supply and air injection with minimal waste.
ECO2 allows a fast dissolving process to remove toxic gases in the water by flotation.
ECO2 is completed with three different nozzles to be compatible with water inlets and flow, in order to inject variable amounts of air. In this way it is always possible to obtain the best relationship between the amount of air / oxygen / ozone to be injected and the relative flow of water.
Eco2 can auto – inject air up to 1.2 million tons with a pressure injector for ozone layer, oxygen and other chemicals in a 10 meter column, in addition to water.
Eco2 is often used in aquaculture for the production of phyto and zooplankton in swimming pools, nursery pools, incubators, pre-grow-out and grow-out, and in many other fields of application.
